Portable Appliance Testing

We at North Walsham Fire Protection have recently undertaken our PAT Testing certification and can now offer this service with a flexible out of hours servicing if required, annual reminders and full certificate with detailed pass or fail lists provided.

Portable appliance testing is not a legal requirement however it is advised for all businesses and the self employed to ensure their equipment is safe by undertaking this practice as some insurance companies require PAT testing to be carried out annually before supplying employers insurance or public liability insurance.

In the event of a fire involving untested equipment it can be very difficult for business owners to claim no responsibility so why not stay compliant by having this service added to your annual fire extinguisher inspection.
